Job Opportunity: Data Conversion Lead (1 Year Contract)

Duration: 1 year with 2-6 month renewal options
Location: Mainly remote – onsite once per month

About Us: Altis Technology is seeking a Data Conversion Lead with ERP experience for a contract opportunity with one of our Crown Corporation Clients. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the data conversion strategy
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams
• Oversee data mapping and transformation rules
• Define and implement data validation and reconciliation processes
• Coordinate data extraction activities
• Drive data cleansing efforts
• Conduct mock conversions
• Manage conversion tracking and reporting
• Ensure compliance with security and privacy requirements
• Support go-live and post-go-live activities

Requirements:

• 5-10+ years of experience in data migration and conversion, especially from SAP to Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Proven track record in large-scale ERP projects
• Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica)
• Technical skills in data mapping, cleansing, and validation
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud ERP tools and data loader
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Location of Work:
Montreal, Toronto, or Ottawa

Schedule:
Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8 hours/day
