Altis Recruitment & Technology Inc. is currently looking for sales driven and results-focused Toronto-based Account Managers to play a key role in growing our Professional & Administrative Services and IT Services staffing divisions. This role is perfect for someone passionate about diving into sales/business development, loves cold outreach, and someone who would enjoy building, developing and nurturing new and existing partnerships and client relationships. Previous staffing industry experience will be considered a strong asset but is not required.

Your goals will be to develop and nurture loyal client relationships and to identify qualified candidates. This role will rely on your instincts to understand our clients’ roles and requirements, and our candidates’ career objectives, qualifications, and skills. It will call on your superb customer service skills to bring all parties together and to treat others with respect and care. This position requires business development skills on the phone, in person, and in written presentation.
