Job Description
The Business Analyst will support the migration of the organization’s CRM system from Siebel to Salesforce. This role focuses on gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring seamless integration and process improvements.
Scope of Work
The Business Analyst will:
- Gather and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement.
- Analyze existing workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation (e.g., requirements, process flows, user stories).
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams, providing regular updates.
- Assist in solution design and testing to meet business objectives.
Deliverables
- Requirements documents and process flow diagrams.
- Test cases and solution design inputs.
- Weekly progress updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years business analysis experience.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Siebel) and tools like Jira, Tableau, Power BI.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
