We are seeking a Bilingual Call Centre Representative to join our reputable client's dynamic team in Toronto on a 6-month contract. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional customer service by engaging with applicants in both English and French. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be key to success.
This is a full-time hybrid position, requiring 2 days per week onsite and 3 days working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with applicants in both English and French.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to collect medical information.
- Process applications and respond to requests for additional information from underwriters.
- Ensure calls are handled promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high standards of productivity, quality, and adherence to schedules.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English and French (both verbal and written).
- Customer Service Excellence: Proven ability to provide outstanding service in a professional manner.
- Medical Knowledge: Understanding of medical terminology (course completed or in progress).
- Tech-Savvy: Strong keyboarding skills with high accuracy.
- Effective Communicator: Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Collaborative Attitude: Positive, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Work Availability:
- Available for rotating shifts (8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 12:00 PM–8:00 PM EST).
- Willing to work on-site 2 days per week during the 8:00 AM–4:00 PM shift.
