We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Level 2) to support a modernization initiative aimed at improving user satisfaction, operational efficiency, and service delivery. The successful candidate will play a critical role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing improved processes, and ensuring alignment between organizational goals and technology solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, surveys, and document analysis.
- Document and analyze current ("as-is") and future ("to-be") business processes, workflows, and systems.
- Critically evaluate information from multiple sources to identify gaps, resolve conflicts, and define true business needs.
- Develop detailed business and functional requirements, use case scenarios, and process models.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication of goals, requirements, and solutions.
- Create reports and dashboards aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Map and document relationships between data elements, processes, systems, and organizational units.
Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the last 10 years.
- Proven experience working with at least two Public Sector clients in the past six years.
- Holds a valid SECRET Security Clearance
