Bilingual Social Media Support Agent (English & Spanish)
Location: St. Catharines, ON (On-site)
Client: IT Services and Consulting (Social Media)
Start Date: January 29th, 2024
Duration: 12 months (with opportunity to extend or go permanent)
Positions Available: 2
Training: 6 weeks, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST)
Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST)
Salary: $19.23/hour + $4/hr bilingual premium (English & Spanish)

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking partners in the media and entertainment space.
- Manage social media strategies and optimize partners' objectives across various platforms.
- Provide operational support, track metrics, and communicate key trends to partners.
- Maintain relationships with 300 accounts through calls and emails.
- Conduct cold calls and outreach to secure engagement with new partners.
Basic Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in reading and writing Spanish.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- 1+ year experience in Customer Service or Marketing/Social Media.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with social media and online advertising products.
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with digital platforms.
