Job Description

Join a fast-paced and innovative team as a Senior Project Coordinator to manage relocation projects for a dynamic organization. This role offers the opportunity to support the development of an advanced relocation platform and contribute to transformation initiatives across the enterprise. We are seeking a proactive individual with strong organizational and financial management skills, adept at facilitating cross-functional collaboration. This hybrid role is based at the corporate head office, with occasional travel to other locations within the Greater Vancouver area.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide coordination support for multiple relocation projects, collaborating with project managers.
  • Assist in building a platform to streamline relocation and move projects.
  • Manage project finances, including budget monitoring and producing financial reports.
  • Prepare and administer contracts, correspondence, and governance documentation.
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare materials, and document meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate procurement specifications and track product delivery schedules.
  • Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
  • Monitor and maintain program plans, tracking lists, and program-related documentation.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including system and hardware setup.
  • Contribute to developing, monitoring, and reporting on program performance and metrics.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 7+ years of IT program and project coordination experience.
  • Proficiency in managing program/project financials and preparing detailed reports.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project Online.
  • Experience with IT infrastructure and working in a public sector organization is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with contract and vendor management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with project governance processes.
