Our client, in the travel insurance industry, is seeking MULTIPLE dedicated Client Service Representatives to join our team in Windsor, Ontario, on a hybrid, permanent basis.
In this role, you would assist customers with travel insurance-related inquiries, providing exceptional support. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication and problem-solving skills to thrive in a customer-focused environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide assistance to customers through chat, email, and phone.
Handle inquiries related to travel insurance coverage, medical treatments, and hospital services.
Support customers during emergencies and verify coverage for services both locally and abroad.
Respond to requests promptly and identify eligibility for claims and other benefits.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment is an asset.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with insurance services is beneficial but not required.
Additional languages are an asset but not mandatory.
High level of empathy, patience, and attention to detail.
