Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join as a QA Automation Specialist, specializing in emerging technologies. We are looking for an automation expert with deep technical QA skills and a passion for productivity and continuous improvement. This position is hybrid, based in a collaborative and dynamic work environment with a focus on Agile and DevOps practices.

This is a hybrid model with three days per week in office. 


Roles & Responsibilities:  

• Automate testing functions using AI and emerging technologies.
• Analyze DevOps and prototyping lifecycles to find automation opportunities.
• Automate updates to test artifacts and data based on evolving requirements.
• Build AI agents to support QA and UAT tasks for business users.
• Perform hands-on automated and manual testing on rapid prototypes.
• Identify and deploy tests for stability and security across codebases.
• Champion the shift to a Quality Assurance mindset in technology teams.
• Track progress and report insights via QA dashboards.
• Facilitate Agile events, including backlog grooming and sprint reviews.
• Stay informed on emerging tech to keep solutions at the tech forefront.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Expertise in test automation, performance testing, and API/integration testing.
• Strong skills in Agile, DevOps, test-driven development, and cloud computing.
• Experience with cutting-edge tech: AI, machine learning, and blockchain.
• Proficient in collaboration and root-cause analysis for QA solutions.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in QA or emerging technologies preferred.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Experience in scripting languages and automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of software development QA tools and evaluation processes.
• Continuous learning mindset with a passion for new tech trends.
