Job Description

Our established client in Financial Services is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented full-time permanent Executive Assistant to support the President/CEO. This role offers a competitive salary, immediate benefits, and the chance to join a great team! The role is mostly on-site Downtown Toronto.

Roles and Responsibilities

-Complex calendar management
-Travel and meeting coordination
-Expense management
-Email management
-Board support
-Coordination of board meetings, preparation of meeting materials, and minute-taking
-Prepare documentation, presentations, reports, and spreadsheets
-Project support
-Event coordination
-Vendor relations
-Communicate with clients and external stakeholders
-Mail and courier delivery
-Coordinate meeting room bookings
-Other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications and Skills

-Completion of a post-secondary degree/diploma is preferred
-Must have a minimum of 10 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior level executives
-Must have Board support experience
-Must be highly organized and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
-Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Must be proficient in MS Office
-Must have a high sense of discretion and the ability to deal with confidential information
-Must work well with individuals at all levels of an organization
