Our valued Crown Corporation client is currently seeking a Workday Technical Analyst to support various integrations into existing systems. This role will involve managing and resolving incidents from both email and ServiceNow channels, configuring Workday, and building out reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Workday, experience with Active Directory provisioning, and the ability to work in an Agile environment. Additionally, supporting third-party applications within the HR Enablement product is a key responsibility.
Roles and Responsibilities
Managing Incidents or Requests: Proactively monitor and address incidents or service requests submitted through email and ServiceNow. This includes identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to Workday integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Workday Configuration: Configure and maintain Workday system settings to align with business requirements. This may involve updating workflows, modifying security permissions, adjusting integrations, and managing data fields to ensure seamless functionality across HR processes.
Report and Dashboard Creation: Design, build, and optimize reports and dashboards within Workday to provide valuable insights into HR data and processes. This includes working with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, selecting relevant data fields, and creating user-friendly visuals that enhance data-driven decision-making.
Supporting Third-Party Applications: Provide technical support and oversight for third-party applications integrated within the HR Enablement product. This involves ensuring these applications function smoothly alongside Workday, troubleshooting any integration issues, and coordinating with external vendors when necessary.
