Seeking an Administrative Assistant with one of our TOP nonprofit sector clients in the healthcare field. This is an 11 week contract with a strong potential to extend and or go permanent.
Only 1 day onsite per month – might be required for additional meetings but will have 2 weeks+ notice

Duties:
- Serves as the main point of contact for team-related inquiries, offering information and assistance to facilitate team operations. This includes documenting and updating administrative procedures relevant to the team’s functions and maintaining databases that track team activities and operations.
- Provides comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth communication within the team. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders for information requests, drafting general correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations, managing electronic and physical mail, and submitting approved invoices and finance-related requests to the Finance department for processing.
- Manages records by overseeing SharePoint administration, ensuring file structures, naming conventions, and user access rights are correctly implemented and maintained in compliance with Information Management standards.
Requirements:
- Completion of post-secondary education in a complementary discipline plus two to three years of related work experience in a similar role
