Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in the education sector to join our talent pool. The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in analyzing business processes, identifying needs, and developing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, gathering and documenting requirements, and ensuring solutions align with the organization’s strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate current business processes within the education sector to identify areas for improvement
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis
- Develop clear and detailed business process models and workflow documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor solutions
- Assist in developing user acceptance testing (UAT) plans and oversee the UAT process
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market trends
- Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and project statuses to senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the education sector
- Strong understanding of educational systems and processes
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and business modeling techniques
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with project management methodologies is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
