Job Description
We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Senior Testers with 10 years of experience in software testing, particularly within Federal Government projects. We are proactively recruiting as this skillset has been highlighted by our clients as a need in 2025!
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Azure DevOps, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to work collaboratively in dynamic environments.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test scripts, and test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing across various applications.
- Collaborate with development, business analysts, and project teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using Azure DevOps.
- Ensure compliance with federal government standards, guidelines, and protocols.
- Conduct performance and security testing as needed.
- Provide regular status reports and detailed documentation of test results and findings.
- Contribute to the enhancement of testing processes and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience in software testing with a focus on federal government projects.
- Active or eligible for Secret Security Clearance.
- Experience with Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proven experience in creating and executing automated and manual test scripts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Certificate, diploma or degree in a relevant field.
