Job Description

Our client is seeking a seasoned Manager of Marketing and Communications to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on KPI-driven results and analytics. This full-time, permanent role is fully onsite in Burlington. The successful candidate will aid in enhancing the organization’s brand image through strategic messaging and consistent communication efforts. The Senior Director will collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to expand brand recognition within key target markets, playing a vital role in achieving the organization’s growth objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and implementation of fund marketing initiatives, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Manage advertising efforts across social media and digital platforms, constantly refining strategies based on analytics and performance indicators.
  • Drive key projects, including updating the investor portal, revamping the website, and preparing quarterly ESG and performance reports.
  • Plan and execute numerous events, including sales and events.
  • Collaborate with external agencies for project execution (e.g., website, ads).
  • Report regularly to senior management on marketing performance using KPIs and campaign analytics, ensuring clear communication of progress and results.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience managing complex marketing and communications projects, including digital advertising, websites, and investor portals.
  • Strong ability to analyze and report on campaign performance and adjust strategies based on KPIs and metrics.
  • Experience leading fund marketing and creating detailed reporting for stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing outputs.
  • Ability to lead and manage events, including sales-focused gatherings.

 

Qualifications and Skills

 

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably with experience in a fast-paced agency setting.
  • Experience in financial services or a similar industry is a plus.
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
