Job Description
Our client in the photography industry is looking for a Bilingual Service Support Representative - Photography to join their team on a permanent basis! The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a customer service role working with electronics or in a retail setting that requires knowledge of photography of electronics products. An interest in photography is an asset for this role. This is a full-time permanent position that requires 4 days on site in their Mississauga office and one day in a remote capacity.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and factual inquiries related to products and accessories
- Provide viable solutions to customers both face-to-face and via phone and email
- Provide service-related information to customers/dealers while promoting sales of products and repairs
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding product features, specifications, and pricing
- Identify and escalate issues to appropriate teams or departments
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product and industry knowledge
- Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and procedures
Qualifications and Skills
- Completion of a Post Secondary education
- Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Familiarity with current Microsoft Windows and Apple OS X environments
- Ability to give and receive technical information with internal and external customers in a courteous manner
