Job Title: Operations Team Lead
Location: Caledon Area | Permanent, Direct Hire
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexibility to work 2 additional shifts during peak times)

As the Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the operational activities of a dedicated team, ensuring inventory accuracy, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional results. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Inspire: Motivate and guide a team of operations staff, driving the achievement of operational goals and objectives.
- Optimize Operations: Oversee production schedules, inventory management, and quality control to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Safety First: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe and secure working environment for all team members.
- Develop Talent: Provide coaching, training, and constructive feedback to foster a culture of growth and development within the team.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in an operations leadership role, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving operational success.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a passion for motivating and developing team members.
- Problem-Solving Expertise: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Continuous Improvement: Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP systems.
