Roles We’re Looking to Fill:
- Supply Chain Analyst: Analyze data to optimize supply chain operations, develop strategies, and support decision-making processes.
- Supply Chain Coordinator: Coordinate supply chain activities, manage logistics, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Supply Administrator: Provide administrative support to the supply chain team, manage documentation, and maintain accurate records.
Responsibilities may include:
- Manufacturing Work Orders: Assemble and prepare work order packages for manufacturing.
- Data Management: Update item branch data, manage routings, and log new sourcing requirements.
- Supplier Coordination: Assist Buyers with setting up supplier catalogs.
- Cost Profile Configuration: Establish cost profiles within JDE.
- Change Notice Administration: Oversee the process for drawing change notices and engineering change notices.
- Administrative Metrics: Track and report on key administrative performance metrics.
- Filing Systems Maintenance: Organize and maintain both paper and electronic filing systems for the supply chain team.
- Supplier Communication: Distribute weekly open order reports to key suppliers.
- Reporting: Produce routine expedite and overdue purchase order reports.
- Order Follow-up: Support Buyers/Planners by following up on overdue purchase orders and expediting orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Data Entry: Handle data entry tasks efficiently.
- General Administrative Support: Perform other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications We Value:
- Experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems like JD Edwards, SAP, or similar.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Relevant education or certifications in supply chain management.
