Job Description

Our client is hiring a Plant Manager to oversee the efficient and smooth operation of the production floor. This role is responsible for meeting production targets, ensuring product quality, managing costs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on operational expertise are essential to success in this role. This is a FULLTIME and DIRECT HIRE role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production operations, staff, and workflow scheduling.
• Maintain equipment and monitor inventory to prevent delays.
• Enforce quality control procedures and resolve production issues
• Lead, train, and evaluate production staff, promoting teamwork and performance
• Develop and manage production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Monitor and control production costs; identify areas for cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely product delivery.
• Optimize processes through lean manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and staff management.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years in digital print/packaging production
• Minimum 3 years of plant management experience
• Degree in Manufacturing or Management preferred but not require
• Leadership and team management experience
• Production planning and scheduling experience
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production software
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
• Ability to stand for extended period
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
