Our client is hiring a Digital Press Operator . The role requires a blend of technical expertise and creative input to ensure projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This is a FULLTIME and DIRECT HIRE role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate digital printing equipment and ensure color accuracy.
• Prepare and adjust files, troubleshoot issues, and maintain equipment.
• Optimize workflows and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain organized digital file systems and generate performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and communicate technical information.
• Monitor departmental costs and provide creative design input.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience with digital print engines and color management.
• Mechanical aptitude and IT knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital press operation.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
