Job Description
Our client, located in Oakville, is a public accounting firm looking for an experienced Accountant in the non-assurance space to join their team! Reporting directly to the Managers and Senior Managers, the Senior Staff Accountant tasks will follow:Responsibilities
- Review and preparation of NTRs/compilation engagements
- Preparation of Financial Statements
- Preparation of tax returns for both corporate and personal
- Support with investment working files
- Other ad-hoc duties are required
- 3-4 years of public accounting experience
- Pursuing CPA, CFE must be completed
- Very strong tax and investment knowledge and experience
- Strong technical accounting experience
- Self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple deadlines and engagements
