About our Client

Our client is looking for a new Personal Assistant/Chauffeur to join their team. They are seeking a reliable, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant/Chauffeur to support their family’s daily needs. This unique role combines personal assistant tasks with driving responsibilities to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Working hours 10 am -7 pm
Salary 70 K

Responsibilities

Personal Assistant Duties:

• Manage daily life tasks, including personal scheduling, appointments, and errands.
• Handle light organizational and household tasks as required.
• Assist with general coordination to support family members' schedules and routines.

Chauffeur Duties:

• Drive family members, especially the child, to after-school classes, activities, and appointments.
• Maintain the cleanliness, fuel, and overall upkeep of the family’s vehicles.
• Ensure safe and timely transportation to destinations within the Greater Vancouver area.

Optional Duties (Nice to Have):

• Prepare occasional meals, such as lunch for the family, when needed.

Driving Experience:

• Must be a healthy, experienced driver familiar with the Greater Vancouver area.
• A recent ICBC driving abstract is required.

• Non-smoker and no drug use.
• Willing to undergo health screening, including a recent blood work report (to check for drugs and overall health) and a psychological evaluation. (Expenses will be covered if hired.)

• Clean criminal record verified by local Canadian police

• Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit discretion.
