About Our Client
Our client, one of Canada's leading HR solution company is looking for a Bilingual Payroll Compliance Analyst to join their fast-growing team on a remote basis. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with potential for advancement. Reporting to the manager, you will primarily be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for your portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- First point of contact for members with any questions, discrepancies, and concerns regarding their membership
- Conduct payroll market research including salary bands, government legislation, etc.
- Support and manage clients with payroll inquiries
- Support clients with any reconciliation, training, or ad hoc reports
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of end-to-end payroll experience including the reporting piece
- Bilingual(English and French)
- Processing payroll for Ontario, Quebec, and two other provinces
- Must have at least one of three designations: PCP, PLP, CPM
- Asset if you experience processing unionized and nonunionized experience
- Big assets if you've worked with a payroll service provider
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
