Our client a large privately held manufacturing company with locations throughout Canada and the United States is recruiting for a Kinetic Epicor Implementation Consultant for a full-time permanent position.
Responsibilities:
Epicor Kinetic Implementation at our facilities throughout North America.
Liaising with business units and SMEs, configure the Epicor Kinetic system to meet the business requirements.
Lead and execute proof of concept testing, and user acceptance testing, and provide go-live support.
Oversee and manage the implementation process for companies in scope to ensure on-time and successful implementation.
Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements to gain efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead blueprinting sessions with users and stakeholders to identify and document business needs, translating them into system requirements.
Apply strong analytical, collaborative, and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges and find innovative solutions.
Demonstrate a high degree of initiative and personal responsibility in managing projects, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality solutions.
Develop and deliver training programs and materials to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the system.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and customizations.
Successful and on-time implementation and go live.
Post-go-live support and maintenance.
Follow-ups with internal business units to identify usability issues and further requirements.
Requirements:
Experience with full life-cycle configuration and implementation of Epicor Kinetic in an Operational/Financial Consultant Role.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ERP implementation principles, practices, and methodologies over multiple successful projects.
Proven implementation and track record in the manufacturing industry.
Experience designing documents and reports using SSRS,
Understanding the integration options and underlying technologies behind Epicor Kinetic customizations, BPMs, BAQs, etc.
Demonstrate capabilities in evaluating business processes and recommending improvements.
Understand how to build and maintain positive momentum.
Proven experience leading requirement gathering and discovery with users and stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) at all levels of an organization, from C-Suite, SME, and End users.
Demonstrate strong analytical, collaborative, and problem-solving skills.
High degree of initiative and personal responsibility.
