Schedule Hours : 4 days in office/1 day remote (hybrid schedule)

Job Duties : 

• EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration - or equivalent and relevant work experience

The Opportunity: It all starts with Estimating! Cost estimators serve a pivotal role in planning, design, and pricing of bids for future work. As a Cost Estimator you will design execution plans and develop cost estimates for large-scale dredging projects, with the guidance and support of a team with decades of dredging experience. This position also provides a high-level of exposure to executive management with various growth opportunities. The position reports to the Vice President of Estimating.

Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate cost estimates for hard bid projects
- Review and summarize key elements of project plans and specifications
- Ability to produce clear, concise overview drawings for presentation and discussions
- Ability to present the project and estimate during bid review sessions with senior management
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability in the development of the estimate
- Work closely with various support departments in a team environment
- Capable of effective time management, able to prioritize various project tasks simultaneously.
- Offer estimating support to on-site Project Managers during the execution of the project
- Update and monitor project costs, production, and budget throughout construction. - Additional duties as assigned.

Salary Range : 110,000.00 USD - 125,000.00 USD

Bonus/Other : 5% Not Guaranteed
