🚨 DISTRICT MANAGER WANTED 🚨

Alpharetta, GA | Oversee 4–6 High-Volume Restaurant Locations

Average operators need not apply.

We're looking for a results-driven District Manager who knows how to build winning teams, drive profits, and hold people accountable. If you're the leader who gets called when stores are underperforming—not because you make excuses, but because you produce results—we want to talk.

What You'll Own

Lead and develop 4–6 high-volume restaurant locations

Coach General Managers into top-performing leaders

Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence

Own the P&L, labor, food cost, and controllable expenses

Recruit, hire, and build high-performing management teams

Raise standards, eliminate complacency, and create accountability

Protect the guest experience while delivering bottom-line results

Be in the restaurants—not behind a desk

Who We're Looking For

✔ 3+ years of successful multi-unit restaurant leadership

✔ Proven history of improving sales, profits, and operational performance

✔ Strong financial acumen and P&L management

✔ A leader who develops people instead of managing problems

✔ Comfortable making tough decisions and holding teams accountable

✔ High energy, high urgency, and relentless execution

✔ Willing to travel throughout the market

Compensation

💰 High $70Ks–Low $80Ks Base Salary
