A rapidly growing and innovative nonprofit organization is seeking an exceptional President / Chief Executive Officer to lead day-to-day operations and help shape the future of one of the region's most impactful family-centered organizations.

The organization is entering an exciting phase of growth, including facility expansion, strategic partnerships, capital initiatives, and the development of next-generation programs and experiences.

The Opportunity

The President/CEO will serve as the organization's operational leader, working in partnership with the Founder and Board while maintaining full authority and accountability for all day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will build high-performing teams, implement scalable systems, drive organizational excellence, and create an exceptional experience for every child, family, employee, and community partner.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all day-to-day operations of the organization

Develop and execute strategic and operational priorities

Recruit, mentor, and retain exceptional leaders and staff

Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

Oversee financial management, budgeting, facilities, and operational performance

Establish key performance indicators and measurable goals

Strengthen organizational systems, processes, and infrastructure

Ensure outstanding customer and community experiences

Partner closely with the Founder on long-term strategy, expansion, and organizational growth

Foster relationships with community leaders, donors, and strategic partners

Qualifications

Proven executive leadership experience managing complex organizations

Demonstrated success building and developing high-performing teams

Strong financial, operational, and strategic leadership skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Experience leading through growth and organizational change

Calm, decisive, and solutions-oriented leadership style

Passion for serving children, families, and communities
