What You'll Be Responsible For
Lead all day-to-day restaurant and catering operations
Build, coach, and develop a high-performing management team
Deliver an exceptional guest experience every day
Drive sales growth, profitability, labor, and controllable costs
Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
Maintain the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service
Partner with culinary leadership to execute flawless operations
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality
Develop and expand catering sales and community relationships
What We're Looking For
General Manager, Director of Operations, or Director of Food & Beverage experience in an upscale restaurant, luxury hotel, or premium hospitality environment
Strong background delivering elevated guest experiences
Experience managing high-volume restaurant operations and catering programs
Proven success leading large management and hourly teams
Strong financial acumen with expertise in P&L management, labor, and cost controls
Passion for mentoring and developing future leaders
Hands-on leadership style with exceptional communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: Up to $110,000
