What You’ll Be Doing

Service and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC equipment

Perform preventative maintenance across a variety of facilities

Diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently and accurately

Conduct site surveys and move-out inspections

Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams

Submit service tickets, reports, and invoicing in a timely manner

Participate in an on-call rotation (approximately once per month)

Handle a balanced mix of service work, preventative maintenance, and repairs

What They’re Looking For

5+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience preferred

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Professional, reliable, and customer-focused

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
