A successful and growing 6-location restaurant company is looking for a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee repairs, maintenance, vendor coordination, and facility standards across our restaurants.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day facility needs for multiple restaurant locations

Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs for equipment and building systems

Work with vendors to ensure quality, cost control, and timely service

Perform preventative maintenance programs

Support restaurant teams with urgent repair needs

Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence

Continue learning through equipment, vendor, and certification training opportunities

Ideal Candidate:

Fluent Spanish required

Valid driver’s license required

Restaurant facilities, maintenance, or multi-unit experience preferred

HVAC and refrigeration experience strongly preferred

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Organized, reliable, and self-motivated

Enjoys learning and pursuing vendor certifications

Takes pride in supporting restaurant teams and guest experiences
