Community Liaison - Hospice Sales
Location: Mesa, AZ (East Mesa Territory)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Role Overview
Seeking a motivated, compassionate sales professional to build strong relationships within the healthcare community and promote hospice services. This role focuses on expanding awareness, generating referrals, and supporting families in understanding end-of-life care options.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, and healthcare partners
- Conduct regular outreach visits to referral sources to grow awareness and trust
- Drive referral growth and support census expansion goals
- Educate healthcare professionals and families about hospice services and philosophy
- Guide patients and families through initial hospice conversations with empathy and clarity
- Strengthen provider networks and support community engagement efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent relevant experience)
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare sales/marketing experience required
- Hospice or palliative care experience strongly preferred
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to work with clinical and administrative healthcare staff
- Prior clinical experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance required
Compensation & Benefits
- $84,000–$96,000 base salary (depending on experience)
