Veterinarian

Qualifications

• Licensed DVM in California

• Experienced clinician who enjoys leadership, mentorship, and practicing high-quality medicine

Practice Overview

• Setting: Small animal general practice

• Typical caseload: Approximately 10–15 appointments per veterinarian each day

• Staffing support: Strong technical and assistant support team (approximately 4 support staff per doctor)

• Services provided: Preventive care and wellness visits, medical treatment for illnesses and injuries, dental procedures, diagnostic services, soft tissue surgeries, and rehabilitation therapies

• Work environment: Team-oriented and well-structured workplace focused on client service, collaboration, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance

Additional Earning Potential

DVMs can earn $10K - $50K annually through our Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Cash Program, stacked on top of salary and production bonuses.
