A respected, multi‑office law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its growing team in Phoenix. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys supporting attorneys through all logistical and case‑related needs, and takes pride in delivering accurate, client‑focused work.
The Litigation Paralegal will provide proactive, detail‑oriented support to attorneys within the firm’s Litigation practice group. This position requires strong organizational skills, comfort navigating eDiscovery tools, and the ability to manage competing deadlines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
Display strong attention to detail and critical thinking across all tasks
Proactively support attorneys and respond to requests with urgency
Utilize eDiscovery software to organize, manipulate, and prepare data for review and production
Edit and proofread documents for accuracy and compliance with federal/state statutes and local rules
Demonstrate proficiency with litigation processes and case management
Monitor deadlines and proactively manage case calendars
Track case activity and notify attorneys of required actions
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
File documents electronically with state and federal courts
Draft pleadings, correspondence, and other litigation documents
Assist with deposition, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation
Maintain strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organization
Exercise sound judgment and escalate issues appropriately
1–3 years of experience in a law firm or legal setting
Formal paralegal training from an accredited college or ABA‑approved program (four‑year degree preferred)
Proficiency with Relativity or similar eDiscovery platforms
Strong command of the English language and standard grammar rules
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
