What You'll Do

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems

Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections

Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide outstanding customer service

Identify opportunities to improve system performance and comfort

Accurately complete service documentation and work orders

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle

Work independently while collaborating with teammates to deliver exceptional customer experiences

What We're Looking For

10+ years of HVAC service experience

EPA Universal Certification

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Comfortable using tablets, mobile devices, and computer-based service platforms

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to successfully pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle review

Successful completion of a technical skills assessment
