Our client is a growing Am Law 100 law firm seeking to add a legal support professional to a busy real estate practice group handling acquisitions, leasing, development, financing, and related transactions. This role offers the opportunity to perform sophisticated transactional work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

- Compensation Range: $55,000 - $75,000 Per Year (Depending on Experience & Technical Skillet)

Key Details
- Employment Type: Direct Hire / Permanent Placement
- Hours: Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm (Full-Time; 40 Hours Per Week)
- Worksite: Hybrid (4 Days In-Office / 1 Day Remote) (**Some Teams on 3/2 Schedule)
- Dress Code: Business Casual
- Report To: Legal Administrator
Responsibilities – What You’ll Do in This Role
- Support attorneys with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, financing, and closings.
- Prepare, revise, and organize legal documents such as purchase agreements, lease documents, and closing materials.
- Coordinate title, survey, recording, and closing logistics with clients, lenders, vendors, and outside parties.
- Track transaction deadlines, contingencies, and critical dates while maintaining accurate files and correspondence.
- Provide administrative and client service support including scheduling, document management, billing assistance, and communications.
Requirements & Qualifications – What We’re Looking For
Must Haves:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, preferably within a real estate or transactional legal practice.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting commercial real estate matters including closings, lease documentation, or purchase agreements preferred.
- Strong understanding of real estate terminology, transaction workflows, and deadline-driven environments.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong written/verbal communication skills in a professional legal setting.
