Account Executive – Business Development / Staffing Sales - St. Louis, MO
Locations: St. Louis, MO
Work Environment: Hybrid | St. Louis: 3 days onsite/week
About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a well-established, relationship-driven organization to identify high-performing Account Executives to join their growing team in St. Louis. These positions are focused on new business development and offer the opportunity to work within highly collaborative, tenured teams that value autonomy, relationship building, and long-term success.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new business development efforts within your assigned market and territory
- Build, maintain, and expand long-term client relationships
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Partner closely with recruiting teams to deliver customized talent solutions
- Represent a consultative, relationship-focused approach to sales
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in business development, staffing sales, or B2B sales environments
- Ability to build and grow client relationships and develop new business opportunities
- Strong communication skills with a confident, professional presence
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an entrepreneurial environment
- Thrives in fast-paced, team-oriented cultures
Preferred Backgrounds
We welcome candidates from a variety of sales backgrounds, including:
- Staffing industry experience strongly preferred
- Accounting & Finance staffing experience highly preferred
- Open to candidates from IT, HR, administrative, or engineering staffing backgrounds
- B2B sales professionals outside of staffing are encouraged to apply
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience preferred
