Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in residential plumbing service work
• Strong knowledge of private water systems, including troubleshooting and repair
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Comfortable using mobile technology (tablet or similar device) for daily tasks and reporting
• Ability to navigate and resolve challenges in the field while driving solutions forward
• Capable of reading and interpreting technical drawings, manuals, and specifications
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple service requests and projects
