Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new business and increase revenue.

Conduct regular outreach including cold calling, on-site visits, sales tours, and community networking.

Independently generate and manage your own pipeline of leads and prospective clients.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships.

Identify new business opportunities by staying informed on local market trends and competitor activity.

Collaborate with internal teams to support deal progression and ensure a strong customer experience.

Maintain organized records of prospects and clients while ensuring consistent follow-up and communication.

Qualifications

5+ years of proven sales experience in a high-performing role preferred.

Experience in business-to-business sales environments preferred.

Strong ability to independently source, develop, and close new business opportunities.

Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.

Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Valid driver’s license required.

Territory

This position supports all 5 boroughs of NY, NJ and CT.
