A growing OTC/pharmaceutical manufacturing organization is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead operations across liquid and solid oral dose production within a GMP-regulated environment. This highly visible leadership role will oversee production teams across multiple shifts and product lines while driving accountability, operational efficiency, and cultural transformation throughout the plant. The organization is seeking a hands-on leader who can establish structure, improve performance standards, and build a stronger operational foundation within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for leading production personnel, implementing KPIs and operational metrics, improving workflow efficiency, and partnering cross-functionally with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams. This individual will play a critical role in coaching leadership teams, improving accountability, and driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout manufacturing operations. Strong experience within OTC or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments, including liquid and solid oral dose production, is required.
