A growing food manufacturing organization is seeking an HR Compliance Specialist to support and strengthen HR compliance initiatives across a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position will play a critical role in ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws while supporting employee relations, policy administration, internal audits, and compliance reporting. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable operating in a hands-on production environment.
Key responsibilities include managing compliance programs related to FMLA, ADA accommodations, I-9 administration, OSHA, wage and hour regulations, and employee recordkeeping. This individual will also assist with updating company policies and employee handbooks, conducting internal HR audits, maintaining legally compliant documentation, and supporting compliance-related training initiatives. Strong knowledge of labor law governance and HR best practices within a manufacturing setting is essential.
The organization is seeking a collaborative and proactive HR professional who thrives in a growth-oriented environment and enjoys partnering closely with leadership and employees at all levels of the business. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are strongly preferred, along with prior experience supporting manufacturing, food, beverage, or other regulated production environments.
