Job Description

A growing food manufacturing organization is seeking a PLC Programmer Supervisor to support and lead automation and controls initiatives within a fast-paced production environment. This hands-on leadership role will oversee PLC programming, troubleshooting, system integration, and continuous improvement efforts across manufacturing operations. The position will play a critical role in maintaining uptime, improving production efficiency, and supporting new automation projects within a highly automated facility.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience programming and troubleshooting Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLC platforms within a food, beverage, dairy, or other regulated manufacturing environment. This individual will lead and mentor maintenance and controls personnel while partnering closely with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to support plant performance. Experience with HMI/SCADA systems, industrial networking protocols, and automated processing or packaging equipment is highly preferred.
