Sales Leadership Role – Director (Minneapolis)

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to oversee a well-established, relationship-driven staffing office in Minneapolis. This is a leadership opportunity with direct impact, reporting to Regional Leadership and playing a key role in driving growth, performance, and team development.

The office is a tight-knit, highly tenured environment built on long-standing client relationships and a collaborative culture. This is a hybrid/on-site role in Minneapolis, with flexibility (3–5 days/week in office depending on candidate preference).

Leadership Opportunity
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can operate autonomously while building and strengthening a high-performing team. You will step into a small but established group and provide leadership, structure, and business development direction.

  • Prior leadership or mentoring experience (Director-level or equivalent preferred)

Competitive base salary + commission structure
