Managing Partner – Casual Dining Restaurant

Birmingham, AL

$90K Base Salary + Profit Sharing + Full Benefits

We are seeking a hands-on Managing Partner to lead a high-volume casual dining restaurant in the Birmingham market. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced restaurant leader who knows how to drive sales, build culture, develop teams, and operate a profitable business while being highly visible in both the restaurant and the community.

This is not a desk job. We are looking for a true operator who leads from the floor, thrives during peak business hours, and understands how to create an energetic, hospitality-driven culture.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leading day-to-day restaurant operations
• Driving sales, profitability, and overall financial performance
• Managing labor, food cost, and restaurant P&L
• Building a strong hospitality-focused culture
• Recruiting, training, and developing future leaders
• Creating local store marketing and community partnerships
• Acting as the face of the brand within the Birmingham community
• Maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service execution

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Managing Partner, Operating Partner, Owner/Operator, Market Partner, or high-volume General Manager
• Strong background in casual dining, sports bar, or full-service restaurants
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage complex operations
• Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence
• Experience building teams and developing managers
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen
