General Manager – Purpose-Driven Coffee Concept

Location: Atlanta

Compensation: Up to $70,000 Base + Bonus

Schedule: Daytime Hours Only (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) | Closed Sundays

This is not a typical coffee shop role.

What You’ll Do

Lead day-to-day operations with a strong, hands-on presence

Build, coach, and develop a diverse team across all ability levels

Create a culture where every guest feels “you were meant to be here”

Drive performance across sales, labor, and overall execution

Ensure an exceptional, consistent customer experience

Champion an environment of patience, adaptability, and care

Proven leadership experience in coffee, restaurant, or hospitality operations

A servant-leader mindset with high emotional intelligence

Experience developing teams and building strong culture

Operational discipline with the ability to execute at a high level

Someone who leads with purpose, patience, and presence

What’s On the Table

Up to $70K base salary

Performance-based bonus plan

Medical, dental, and PTO

Daytime hours (no late nights)

Closed Sundays
