General Manager – Upscale Casual Dining

Location: Sterling

Compensation: Up to $110K + bonus

The Role

We’re hiring a hands-on GM who runs the business from the floor and the kitchen. You’re the “mayor”—visible, connected, and driving traffic through relationships and execution.

What You’ll Own

Lead BOH + FOH with equal strength

Be the face of the restaurant in the community

Drive sales, team performance, and guest experience

Lead and develop 2 Assistant Managers

What You Bring

Strong BOH background (you understand the kitchen)

Polished FOH presence—engaging and guest-first

Proven operator who builds teams and delivers results

High energy, ownership mindset

Schedule

Mostly opens

1–2 closes/week
