Fish Butcher / Seafood Specialist

Location: Atlanta

Pay: $20–$22/hour + tips

The Role

Join a growing, quality-driven concept building a serious seafood program. This is a hands-on fish butchery role focused on whole fish breakdown, precision fabrication, and zero-waste execution.

What You’ll Do

Break down whole fish (scale, gut, fillet, portion)

Maintain top-tier quality, cleanliness, and yield

Handle storage, rotation, and freshness standards

Produce value-added items (stocks, smoked fish, cured products)

Support development of the seafood program and train team members

What You Bring

2–5+ years seafood/fish butchery experience

Strong whole fish breakdown skills

Detail-driven with high standards

Passion for seafood and craftsmanship
