Full Time Permanent - $110k - USD

About Our Client:

This global leader in aftermarket industrial emissions treatment is looking for a full-time, permanent Marketing Lead to drive its brand, product positioning, and demand generation efforts. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move fast, think strategically, and execute efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a focused marketing plan aligned with revenue growth and product roadmap.
- Positioning: Establish our Client as the premium choice in the aftermarket through strong, differentiated messaging.
- Product Launches: Lead go-to-market execution for new products with speed and precision.
- Sales Enablement: Create tools and content that help the sales team close faster and win on value—not price.
- Demand Generation: Run targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive pipeline growth.
- Brand & Content: Own all outward-facing content—clear, technical, and authoritative.
- Trade Shows & Industry Presence: Elevate our Client’s visibility and impact at key events.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or technical products
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
- Strong product marketing and go-to-market experience
- Ability to translate complex products into clear, premium value propositions
- Experience supporting sales teams and driving measurable revenue impact
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising
- Ability to create video scripts or basic multimedia content
- Hands-on, fast-moving, and highly accountable
