Job Description

Job title: Mechanic / Machinist
Type: Direct hire, full time, onsite
Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30a – 4:00p

Key Responsibilities:
* Rebuild and overhaul pumps, motors, and other mechanical equipment from disassembly through final assembly.
* Operate a manual vertical mill and engine lathe to machine parts.
* Clean, inspect, and evaluate components for wear, damage, and suitability for reuse or replacement.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA and company safety procedures.

Requirements:
* Hands-on skills in rebuilding mechanical components from teardown to final testing.
* Proficiency in operating manual vertical mills and engine lathes.
* Understanding of precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers) and tolerances.
* Consistent adherence to OSHA standards and workplace safety procedures.
* Machining and electrical knowledge a plus.
