$137,280 – $171,600 + Relocation if needed

The Opportunity
The EH&S Lead will play a critical role in establishing and leading all environmental, health, and safety programs at the site. This individual will be responsible for ensuring compliance, building a strong safety culture, and partnering across teams to support safe and efficient plant operations.
This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to build systems, influence culture, and make a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of all EH&S programs across the site
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all applicable regulatory requirements
- Develop safety policies, procedures, and training programs
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
- Partner with operations, engineering, and leadership to embed safety into daily operations
- Manage environmental permits, reporting, and regulatory inspections
- Monitor, track, and improve EH&S performance metrics
- Drive a proactive, behavior-based safety culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
- 5–10+ years of EH&S experience in manufacturing, chemical, energy, or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations
- Experience leading EH&S programs at the site level
- Proven ability to influence teams and drive safety initiatives
Preferred Experience
- Experience in chemical processing or high-hazard environments
- CSP or CIH certification
- Startup, greenfield, or rapidly scaling facility experience
- Knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM)
