Job Description
Sales Operations AnalystOur client is an established artisanal creamery based in Sonoma County that provides organic yogurts and cheeses across the country. This role is a new role in an established and growing company. It will focus on supporting leadership by turning analyzed data into actionable growth.
What You’ll Do:- Support day-to-day Sales operations, including pricing, promotions, and item setup
- Build and maintain sales reports across customers, products, and channels
- Analyze data from distributor portals, POS systems, and internal tools
- Assist with forecasting using sales trends, inventory, and promotional activity
- Maintain accurate data across CRM, ERP, and other systems
- Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment
- Support new customer onboarding and product launches
- Help resolve order discrepancies and data issues
Requirements (Must-Have):- Experience with Nielsen, IRI, Circana, or SPINS
- Experience working with UNFI or KeHE
- 1–3+ years in sales operations, data analysis, or similar role (CPG preferred)
- Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze and interpret data
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Nice to Have:- Experience with ERP or CRM systems
- Experience with pricing, promotions, or trade spend
- System implementation or process improvement experience (big plus)
